Recovering in the cold

The weather in Denver for the past week has been in the single digits and teens. It has been cold! I have been recovering from surgery and my hernia area is still very sore, especially after I get home from work. I had surgery 11/30/09 and went back to work full time 12/08/09. I am not sure I took enough time off but didn't want to dip into my PTO any more than I needed to. I haven't taken any pain pills and find myself frustrated with dealing with the recovery. So, life goes on in the cold as I recover.
