Compensation

I find it appropriate to be compensated when things aren't done right.  I received good news today and I look forward to the compensation I deserve.  I look at this as a learning experience.  If you don't voice your issues, they will lie dormant and never go anywhere.  As much as I hated to speak up, I did.  I am glad and now that it is begin resolved, I feel good about it.
