Santiago, Chile quake

There was an 8.8 earthquake south of Santiago this morning.  I was worried this would trigger a huge tsunami which would hit the Hawaiian Islands.  Luckily, no islands were hit.  I do however, fell for all the people who have been hurt, those lost and those who have nothing at this point.  There seems to be so much going on in the world destruction wise, I don't like this.
