Waiting

E's mom has been making some progress. It has been 17 days since she had a heart attack and surgery. Her outlook is still unknown. I wait, hoping to know get news of when she will be transported OUT of ICU, just anything to keep me from wondering. We call 2 times a day to see how she is progressing and still, all I can do at this point, is wait.
