Going under the knife

I never really thought I would be going under the knife for hernia repair. Guess what? I am undergoing the procedure tomorrow. You have to know I am hard headed, direct and don't really care for pain and "time off" from my normal daily routine. There is no choice and to be honest, I am ANXIOUS about it and really wish I could avoid it entirely! Ugh.
